The Olympic Delivery Authority is expected to close in the next month, subject to parliamentary approval, after just over eight and a half years in which it was responsible first for the construction of the venues and infrastructure for the London Games and then for the transformation of the former Olympic and Paralympic Village.
As part of the Olympic legacy, the Olympic Delivery Authority has set up an image archive on Flickr to bring together 100 of the most memorable images of the construction of Olympic and Paralympic venues and facilities. The archive, which contains many photographs of the construction phase of the Olympic park, can be viewed here.
